Long lasting bonds are created, walls are shattered, fear is alchemized, pain transmutes, limiting beliefs are released, and shame dissolves. Laughter heals, creative expression empowers, and playfulness uplifts our spirits.
I saw a need for this in my community AND felt the call to continue to create and expand this gathering.

Y O G A & CACAO
start the day being guided by Kacie through a juicy morning flow followed by a short meditation to ground and move our energy. Then our sister Alex will guide you through a cacao ceremony to open your heart, boost your energy, and connect with one another before our sacred sister circle.
S I S T E R H O O D
gathered with your sisters in a decorated and cozy home, you’ll feel safe to open and share your heart, and make long lasting connections. Kacie will guide you through a sister circle workshop on dissolving shame where she’ll share her experience with releasing her shame around her HSV status and abortion experience.
A R T
express yourself and your intentions through art by painting a flower pot, in which we will plant flowers and take home with you, where you can water it and watch it, and your intentions grow and blossom.
S O U N D
slow your body down and lay for a beautiful, nourishing, and restorative sound healing before we start the evening with dinner, wine, music, and more!

finish the evening with shaking out the energy from the day and expressing yourself with music being DJ’d by our sister Tiffany.

I’m immensely honored to be entrusted with creating a sacred and safe space for goddesses to come to, to open their hearts and share vulnerably. We shed layers that are ready to be released and burned. We dream big. It’s here where new ideas are formed, authentic relationships are created, the softening of traumas is felt, and pure joy is had. In this safe space, you can connect with old and new sisters, tap in to your inner child, and receive the healing powers of sound. I invite you to dance, laugh, and most importantly - unite in sisterhood.
